Whether you’re newly pregnant or nearing your due date, if you’re anything like most women I meet, you’re juggling excitement, questions, fears, and maybe even a few unsolicited opinions.

This space—the Birth & Bible Blog—was born out of a desire to quiet the noise and center your heart on what truly matters: God’s presence, your preparation, and the beauty of birth as something sacred.

I’m Lauren, a certified Labor & Delivery RN, childbirth educator, and IBCLC—but first and foremost, I’m a woman who has walked with Jesus through pregnancy, birth, loss, and motherhood. I’ve stood at hospital bedsides and holy moments. I’ve seen firsthand how faith transforms fear and how preparation—both practical and spiritual—changes everything.
