Hi, my name is Lauren and welcome!

I am so happy that we found each other & I am honored to play a part in your birth journey. This is such a special time in your life, and the opportunity to impact you for the better makes me so excited. I am a mom, board-certified labor and delivery nurse, and child birth educator. I also have my Master's in Nursing Education.

I have been a labor and delivery nurse for 7+ years, I am trained in OB Triage, L&D, OR, PACU, Antepartum, and Postpartum. I have taught Childbirth classes for 5+ years and it brings me so much joy to share my excitement and love for labor and birth. Since becoming a mom and getting to experience labor first hand, I am even more passionate to set you up for success! I live in Chandler, Arizona with my husband Adam, our daughter, and our two fur babies. We love camping, playing tennis, and game nights with our friends.

I am passionate about providing birthing families with resources and education they need to have a memorable pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Your birth should be safe and also the happiest day of your life. The right education and support can make the difference in your birth experience. I offer private childbirth classes if you are an Arizona local. Virtual classes are also available. I'm here to help boost your confidence so that you can have the most healthy and happy birth-day of your life!

I am here for nursing and childbirth education, but I cannot provide medical advice. That is what you have your doctor, midwife, or provider for. I am providing general education, but labor & birth is not the same for everyone. So take in this education as a foundation and bring it to your provider to help navigate your specific pregnancy and birth.
